At the start of the hottest week of 2025 our AC unit died Contacted R&R for a quote and Hector came out. As our unit was over 20 years old, a lot of changes were needed He explained them all and gave me the quote. Decided to buy the unit and he made sure the installation was scheduled quickly . Collin and Julian came out installed the unit They did all the upgrades and were professional and courteous. Had a problem with the compressor that caused them to have to come back to complete the work . I think they were more upset about it than I was Came back when said they would and were able to complete the install quickly. They were great to work with! I would highly recommend R&R Great people and great to work with.

R@R Mechanical is a phenomenal company to work with. I live in Heritage Hill and put in a mini split system without board approval. I fought the board for 2 years and even hired a lawyer to no avail. After calling 10 HVAC companies, Hector Bautista showed up like a super hero. He came to my home and came up with a redesign of the line sets and told me “this is our problem now.” He even participated in the board meeting and we ultimately received the COA. Even the scheduling was very flexible and accommodating. They came out a week after the approval and reconfigured the line sets. The work was impeccable and they offered a very fair price even knowing I was up against it. Once Summer hit, one of the heads was not working properly and Case and Francisco came to my home immediately and fixed the issue. They could not be more competent or nicer people. If you want to work with a company with integrity, that takes pride in their work, and doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer, I highly recommend R&R. They are great people and super friendly. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and its incredible employees. If you need to install a new heating/cooling system or need repairs, do yourself a favor and call R&R Mechanical. You will not be disappointed.

We recently had an issue with my grandfather’s AC unit and unfortunately had a bad experience with someone who almost scammed us. Thankfully, we reached out to the original company who installed the unit, and they were quick to respond and incredibly professional. Javi J. was the technician who came out, and he was absolutely amazing. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, breaking things down in a way that actually made sense to us. His communication, professionalism, and overall genuine attitude made us feel confident and taken care of. We were able to get everything figured out, and now we’re just waiting on the ordered parts — but the service so far has been 10/10. I highly recommend this company and especially Javi if you’re looking for honest, clear, and professional help.

I just called R&R after a recommendation from my brother and am absolutely thrilled with their service. Despite it being after hours on a Friday night, they were at our house within an hour to check on our furnace. They also sent a picture of the mechanic that would be coming over and a tracking number, which as a woman, gave a genuine sense of security, too. Payments could be made online, clearly attached to their bill, and at a very reasonable price. No cold toes tonight - could not recommend enough!

R&R was recommended to us by a former local HVAC provider and we were very happy with the whole process of receiving a quote from Jesse to scheduling by the office and installation by Adrian and Yonatan. Everyone was very professional, thorough and efficient. I really appreciated the honesty that a higher-end higher-efficiency unit wouldn't have worked for us due to our home's construction.
