They were great at communicating throughout the process, we were able to schedule an appointment quickly, the technician was on time and did a great job of explaining everything.  We had them do a furnace check through the DTE rebate program and I couldn't have asked for me.  The program paid for the entire cost of the service.

We had Francisco come out for a tune-up, and he was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain how the boiler works, went over all of the safety components, and explained everything he completed during the tune-up.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed. We really appreciated him taking the time to make sure we understood our system. I would definitely recommend Francisco/R&R and will be using them again in the future!

Highly recommend, and also, cost of furnace tune-up can be covered by DTE - an extra incentive as it makes the out of pocket cost ZERO (or minimal).

Rest and Relax to the Max! Comfort Care Consultant, Jess, was easy to work with and helped get the right product to meet our needs. We worked out the best configuration together. Adrian and Jonathan did an excellent job installing our new mini-splitter (AC and heat pump unit). They were courteous and knowledgeable. Work was performed efficiently and with care. Cleanup was thorough. Highly recommend.

R&R was recommended to me by Dan of The Electric Company (great electricians btw). R&R's technicians, Socorro and Julian, did an excellent job installing AC into my pre-existing furnace/ductwork. Professional, courteous, and thorough work all around 👍 extremely reasonable pricing, and the new thermostat is fantastic! Also, I have pets and they were very mindful of not letting them out 🙂

Yonatan and Adrian G, both were amazing installing a new Goodman side discharge, Daikin Coil, and Amana thermostat. They did a fantastic job installing, setting up, explaining the new system, and cleaning up their work. You could tell they knew what they were doing and take pride in their work. You've got two great professionals. The office staff and leadership team are also top notch. I will be requesting the same guys to install a minisplit system this summer in our four season room. Thank you again R&R Heating and Cooling! The Goodman side discharge is great, can't even tell its running, extremely quite, half the footprint, and is maintaining the perfect temperature...highly recommend.

My fiance and I were in the market for our first central air system given the first heatwave of the year. After hearing a few quotes, we settled on the local community business, R&R. From beginning to end they were easy to work with, knowledgeable and found a way to get us up and running within a week of us purchasing their Amana system. Hector took the time to walk us through the installation process and systems with great knowledge and patience (we had a lot of questions given that it was our first house cooling system). Over the course of two days, Chema and Johnathan were quick to installing the new system, and walked me through how everything works from thermostat, to all the hardware in the basement.
