We've had the pleasure of working with R&R Heating and Cooling several times this summer at HoMFlats. Their team has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive whenever we've needed them. I especially want to recognize Case Wagner, who has done a great deal of work for us this summer. Case has consistently gone above and beyond, taking the time to thoroughly diagnose issues, explain what needed to be done, and make sure everything was completed the right way. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude made every service visit a positive experience. It's hard to find technicians who genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers, but Case is definitely one of them. We truly appreciate everything he has done for us, and it's because of employees like him that we'll continue to choose and recommend R&R Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend this heating and cooling company! They did an excellent job from start to finish. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work efficiently. What I appreciated most was how affordable their pricing was—they didn’t overcharge me like some companies do. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. He came out an did an amazing job.He took this time to find the problem and to make sure everything was up and running to my satisfaction. We've always had good service from RandR. And that was no different today. Matt Andresiak was very professional and his explanations were very clear.
